Kari Sam Wuhrer, born on April 28, 1968, is an American Actress and Singer. Wuhrer's career began as she was a teenager. Her most famous roles include Maggie Beckett, an actress in the film Sliders; and her character Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter Karin Noble (nee Noble) working as Payroll accountant as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer (a car dealer and police officer). There are three of her siblings.
